Subscription Agreement Questions:

    • Our pricing is based on a case by case scenario. Our philosophy is not to set a price that restricts the use of the solution across your organisation. In other words we generally don’t charge a fee per user.
    • We start by discussing your general requirements, then we produce a demo APP to showcase and stimulate thought with respect to what you are attempting to achieve. This really helps because the majority of the customers we deal with change their minds when they see additional opportunities that they may have missed.
    • We don’t charge for this initial work, as we want our clients to be sure that they understand and receive the value from our platform as expected.
    • If you are confident that you want to proceed, we onboard you as a customer and officially begin.
    • We charge you a setup fee which encompasses a once off payment that covers all meetings, workshops, changes, graphics, analytics and testing. Essentially this fee covers you until you are ready to deploy your business APPs to your staff.
    • When you go live with APP’s within your company we charge you a monthly fixed fee. This fee covers all changes on an ongoing basis to the existing APPS, your entire hosting and management, upgrades and support.
    • Our client base ranges from small family run businesses to large multinational organisations. We work our structures to ensure our pricing is highly aggressive based on the value that we deliver.

Absolutely NOT. We back our value and if you feel that the value does not stack up you merely provide us 30 day’s notice.

Data MAnagement:

You own your own data. We have no rights to your data.

We use Microsoft Azure, which is a cloud based hosting provider. It is expensive to host data with Microsoft Azure, however we don’t want to compromise on the quality of our hosting supplier.

This is part of your monthly fee. We generally don’t charge for the hosting as a seperate expense unless the demands are out of our fair use policy. Some of our clients have exceptionally large data requirements and in this case we discuss various upgrade packages with them. In general, we don’t charge for hosting.

Yes, we don’t want to hold you to our solution based on the fact that your data is hosted with us.

We have had numerous discussions with large insurance companies, medical institutions, educational facilities and various other companies that have strict adherence to data protection and security protocols. General APP questions:

The Magnitude platform is continuously enhanced. We have a dedicated team of 8 full time developers that work continuously on improving existing processes and adding new features. The work is primarily driven based on demand from existing clients. 

We invest approximately 1500 Hrs of software development per month on the Magnitude APP Platform and the front end Android, IOS and Web App.

We subscribe to the principal – Process before Product. We are more interested in what you are trying to achieve than the principle of exactly where a button or widget should be placed. To date, we have converted 1000’s of business processes into APPS utilizing this principle. 

The reality is that it is far easier for you to tell us what you want to achieve and put us to the test than try and unpack the entire magnitude platform feature list….which would take hours.

The Magnitude platform was developed based on this specific reason approximately 8 years ago. 

The founder of the company produced a specific APP that:

  • Was promised to be 6 month project and ended up a year project.
  • Was budgeted at R600,000 and ended up costing R960,00
  • Was delivered with missing features
  • Required enhancement and adjustment during the project but was told that it wasn’t feasible

Based on the above the idea of producing a platform that could instantly configure similar kinds of APPs was conceived.

In essence we will attempt to remove the risk and frustration from planning and implementing Apps in your business.
